Shore: How We See the Sea brings filmmakers, curators and marine scientists together in nine locations across Scotland to inspire, explore and share coastal communities’ responses to Marine Protected Areas two years after the legal designation of MPAs in 2016. Curated by Invisible Dust, Shore is aimed at raising a wider national awareness around the challenges of caring for our natural resources. How do you see the sea...?

What's new

Join us on the next stop of the Shore tour on Thursday 20th September from 7pm at Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum and Arts Centre in Lochmaddy, North Uist. The screening will be followed by live performances with refreshments in the Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum Café and an opportunity to share thoughts and reactions as part of a Scotland-wide conversation about “how we see the sea” and our role in preserving our endangered aquatic worlds.
